Wine Club FAQ
There is no cost to join.
Depending on the Wine Club level you join, Reserva or Clasico, you will receive a number of complimentary tastings, savings on bottle purchases and merchandise, invitations to events, and access to library wines. Your benefits begin as soon as you join.
Yes! On the “join club” section of our website, simply fill out the gift recipients shipping address, email and phone number (for delivery purposes this is required), the billing information will have the gifters information also including, phone number and email address.
You will be billed four times per year: January, May, July & October
Your membership lasts as long as you would like it to. We do require a minimum of four Wine Club releases, or members will be subjected to a $100 early cancellation fee.
You will receive an email notification 2 weeks prior to the billing of your release, letting you know the selection, cost and add-on options.
We encourage members to bring guests with them and enjoy complimentary tastings (members do have to be present in order for guests to take advantage of benefits). Your membership benefits only extend to the person on the account and their spouse/partner. Memberships can be gifted to friends and family for specified periods of time.
Members must accept current release to be eligible for Release Party admission.
Members have complete access to your personal account information through the Bokisch Vineyards website. If for some reason you cannot login please contact us and we will happily help regain access.
The shipping service we use will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order for an additional fee. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.
In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked, notify us as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged merchandise.
All pick-up members will receive an email notifying them of the release. The pickup party is an opportunity for you to sample the wines, pick up your shipment, take advantage of special party discounts, & enjoy the benefits of being part of the Bokisch Wine Club family. If you are unable to pick up your release after 90 days, we will conveniently ship the wine to you. Shipping charges will be applied to the credit card we have on file.
Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your release. Just send us an email or give us a call with the name of the person so we can make a note on your account.
Yes! Members can skip a maximum of two consecutive releases. Longer durations require cancellation, which may be subjected to an early cancellation fee if member cancels before receiving two releases.
We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership, we ask that you give notice two weeks before the release of the next club selections. If we do not receive timely notice, you will be required to accept the current release. We require members receive four releases before cancellation, or they will be charged an early cancellation fee.

Our default shipping method is via FedEx ground. (1-7 business days) An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. For more information about shipping please see our shipping page. If you would like to make adjustments to your shipping method contact us at salutclub@bokisch.wine.
Of course! Members receive flat-rate shipping and 20% savings on all orders of select wines. You will receive an email notification 2 weeks prior to billing with the option to add-on.
