Ingredients

.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Lemon Juice
4 fresh mints leaves
1oz Vodka or Gin
2oz Bokisch Las Cerezas Albariño
2oz Pomegranate Juice

Instructions

Combine simple syrup, lemon juice, and mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker tin and muddle.
Add rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously.
Pour into martini glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Can be enjoyed on the rocks as well.
