Casual Caviar Chips

This is such a fun, easy way to enjoy caviar. It tastes smashing, it looks delicious and it comes together in minutes! But, it all comes together when served with our Terra Alta Sparkling Albariño! Salut!
Ingredients
- Potato Chips-Thick cut, high quality is best
- Sour Cream
- Caviar, drained
- Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Put a dollop of sour cream on one edge of the potato chip.
- Add a ½ teaspoon of caviar on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives.
Notes
The lower end caviar is a bit more salty, so just adjust the amount you serve on each potato chip!
We enjoyed this to bring in the New Year with our friends in Bear Valley!
