Cranberry Goat Crostini

This little tapa bite is perfect to put together during the holidays! I love to use the cranberry goat cheese from Skyhill Farms. It's savory and has just the right amount of cranberries mixed in. It pairs beautifully with our Reserve Malbec!
Ingredients
- Crostini
- Cranberry Goat Cheese
- Dried Cranberries
- Tizona Reserve Malbec
- Cinnamonn
Instructions
- Simmer the dried cranberries in a cup of Malbec. Let cool.
- Spread the cranberry goat cheese on the crostini.
- Top with a couple macerated cranberries.
- Sprinkle with just a pinch of cinnamonn.
